This film surprised me on every level. Oddity is a great independent horror movie. I wasn’t familiar with Damian Mc Carthy’s work. He did an amazing job with this feature. He manages to create a creepy vibe throughout the entire movie. The characters are interesting, and the performances are great. He creates so much tension, it is one of the few horror movies that truly scared me. Great camera work and the screenplay is good. The story is well fleshed out and keeps you intrigued. Oddity is a low budget movie with innovative scares. I absolutely recommend.
Some people will find this movie a little slow paced. The story can drag a little and can make some people bored.
