Humans protecting Earth from aliens, what more do you want? This superb game could become a great sci-fi franchise in the hands of the right studio. With awesome tech, weaponry and various creatures, X-COM will surely not be boring.
This story driven video game would kill on the big screen. Academy-award actors would bring Red Dead Redemption’s story to another level. I’m pretty sure this project will be made one day.
A futuristic Fast & Furious. Cool cars, lightning speed races and epic action. This movie would go big for sure with the right formula. With a good story, F-Zero can be a crowd pleaser for many years.
A fantasy story for the whole family. A hero journey that Hollywood loves to do. Creative characters and monsters. Chrono Trigger would definitely start a franchise similar to Harry Potter’s.
A ninja tale of vengeance and mysticism. Martial arts movies usually struggles at the box office, but Ninja Gaiden could be the exception. With a combination of martial arts and fantasy, this could be a winner.
There’s already an animated series on Netflix, but a live version of Castlevania would be amazing. This game has great stories and badass vampires. Castlevania wouldn’t disappoint.
Grand Theft Auto is all about the criminal underworld. Heist, contract killers, money laundering, drug cartels, you name it. GTA has it all and would be very entertaining on the big screen.
Which one? Well, it doesn’t matter. Basically all Final Fantasy games are exceptional. With awesome characters, great VFX and deep story lore, Square Enix’s top franchise would destroy any competition. Do it!
A very cool main character combine with some demon slaying. Devil May Cry is a fan favorite among gamers. With good humor and great action set pieces, Devil May Cry would be a home run.
Obviously, this game would be very expensive to do as a movie. Heavy on VFX and costume design, Horizon Zero Dawn is visually impressive. With the right material, I believe this could easily get big money at the box office.
Metroid is a franchise that would definitely work on the big screen. One of Nintendo’s greatest franchise, Metroid can bring grand sceneries and mind-blowing space adventures. This would absolutely be a favorite among the sci-fi genre.
This is the franchise that I wonder why a movie hasn’t been done yet. This is one of the most popular games in history. Legend of Zelda, in my opinion, is a sure win at the box office. With a pair of charismatic actors to play Link and Zelda, this movie would break records.
Epic story, epic gore, epic monsters inside this epic journey. God Of War is the ultimate vengeance story and would be very difficult to make. It would involve so much CGI and VFX, similar to Horizon Zero Dawn. But, nonetheless, GOW is a franchise everybody wants to see.
With amazing art direction, amazing costumes and plenty of gore, Bloodborne would be a unique movie to watch on the big screen. Captivating world and disturbing characters, this Victorian horror story would be perfect for Hollywood.
My favorite video game of all time. This game was already inspired by a movie called Event Horizon. The movie was good, but the video game is much better. This would be one of the best survival movie ever. With lots of gore and disturbing imagery, Dead Space could become a cult favorite similar to Hellraiser.
