Synopsis

After her breakup with the Joker, Harley Quinn joins forces with singer Black Canary, assassin Huntress, and police detective Renee Montoya to help a young girl named Cassandra, who had a hit placed on her after she stole a rare diamond from crime lord Roman Sionis.

The Good

Great interpretation of Harley Quinn by Margot Robbie. You can feel that she enjoys playing this character. Story is a continuation of Suicide Squad and the movie does not shy away from it.  Action scenes contain great choreography.

  • Great performance by Margot Robbie.
  • Good actions scenes

The Bad

Story is weak and supporting characters are uninteresting. Whole movie happens in Gotham city and it never acknowledges the presence of Batman.  Main villain is a mere caricature of its source material. Movie doesn’t fully embrace the R rating.

  • Boring supporting characters.
  • Story is uninteresting.
  • Main villain is a joke of is source material.
  • R rating not needed in this.
