When terrorists try to seize control of a Berlin-Paris flight, a soft-spoken young American co-pilot struggles to save the lives of the passengers and crew while forging a surprising connection with one of the hijackers.
This Amazon original movie brings a lot of tension to the table. You are constantly screaming at the screen. The characters choices & decisions makes you invested in the story. Joseph Gordon-Levitt does a decent job in this low budget thriller. You are really invested in the characters motivations. There is some action and the special effects are believable.
As usual, the story doesn’t make sense. Joseph Gordon-Levitt character keeps making stupid decisions throughout the whole movie. It’s the main reason why you keep screaming at the screen. You get frustrated on his choices and makes you question the integrity of the character as a pilot. Practically the entire movie is filmed in the cockpit area with redundant camera angles. It gets boring after a while. Plot points are easily predictable and lacks originality. Some realism to the story and scenes in other areas of the plane would’ve made the movie better. 7500 is forgettable and average at best. Watch it if you’re a big JGL fan.
